Einstein’s Mind

“You accept the historical existence of Jesus? “Unquestionably! No one can read the Gospels without feeling the actual presence of Jesus. His personality pulsates in every word. No myth is filled with such life.”Do you believe in God? “I’m not an atheist.”

we ALL belong to Jesus!

“The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.”‭‭Psalms‬ ‭24:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

I created a habit to at least read a Psalm a day. Sometimes I like to also read a Proverb a day too, but I haven’t quite adapted it into my routine like I have the Psalms. In most cases I read the Psalm’s pertaining to the number of the day that it is. For example, today is December 24th, so I would read the Psalm 24. Sometimes I am guided by the spirit to read a different Psalm instead. (I do also read the bible regularly on different areas, not just a Psalm). I have created this habit to start off my day.

Today as it so happens to be in America, Christmas Eve. Which is the best holiday of the year because it is the night before the Lord Jesus Christ was to be born. (It is believed that his birthday was on the 25th of Decemeber. How accurate? I am not aware of that, but I certainly do celebrate the birth of my Lord and simply just that.) We must come to the understanding that this day is made for the celebration of the birth of Jesus and not the way the pagan world has made it to be with Santa Claus and everything else. This is however a blog for another day!

Today, we will focus on the first verse of Psalms 24. How beautiful is this verse? Clearly the Lord is claiming us ALL as His! We’re made for Him and we have to live for Him. Yes the devil was made prince of this world, but that does not remove Jesus and God as the sole owners of it. We must come to the understanding that everything that you see in this beautiful planet is made entirely for Jesus. That is why Jesus came here to die for you and me. We must bring forth this word to the blind and the deaf (spiritually) that does not know the gospel.

We must come forward and show love in the name of Jesus. You may hate the sin that someone else commits, that is okay, because Jesus hates the sin too; but Jesus does not hate the person. Jesus loves everyone and like every parent they have rules, so does God. He has rules to make sure that we are safe and do things correctly. We need to show love to the LGBT community, the terrorist, murderers, rapist, molesters, etc. We must show them who Jesus is! Who Yahweh is! (Do not confuse showing love with accepting, tolerating, and joining in their sinful activities. That is different then loving someone in Christ and seeing a need there.)

Jesus spoke love to everyone regardless of social standing and criminal acts. People do the things they do because they don’t have Jesus and the Holy Spirit to strengthen their strength to stand up and fight against the demons that attacks them.

Let’s take a pledge as followers of Christ and take up the bible as it says: tell everyone the good news! Let’s put aside the biased mentality and the profiling and forget about these peoples sins and just look at the soul and the spirit that they have and how they need Jesus for eternal salvation. Because some time ago someone didn’t look pass you and left you in sin, but gave you the Good News of the Gospel.

Take the stand and speak Jesus!

Commune with your OWN Heart

4Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. – Psalms 4:4

In other words the Psalmist is asking to have a conversation with yourself before going to bed. Dig deep and try to comprehend why you may be doing certain things. This will allow you to understand yourself and how the enemy or the flesh may be causing your fall.

Mathew Henry explains it best:

“Consider your ways, and before you turn to sleep at night, examine your consciences with respect to what you have done in the day; particularly what you have done a miss that you may repent of it.”

It is important to point out that the quote of Mathew Henry breaks down the verse of the Psalmist. According to the verse in the form that Mathews breaks it down we must confess to our sins before falling asleep, but before we do so we are to carefully examined ourselves to understand where we failed that day. This would in return allow you too I make a prayer that would edifying you.

Spurgeon’s Mind

“The Lord can do everything; but when He makes a rule that according to our faith so shall it be unto us, our unbelief ties the hands of His omnipotence.”

Everything is Possible, If You Remain in Him

Today, I was on the last Men’s service of the year. The preacher happened to be a fairly young individual. He is recently married and a vessel of the Lord. God uses this gentleman so tremendous to past down a word of encouragement for the men in the congregation, but also every member of the body of Christ. He based his message out of two separate books, the book of Joshua and then a couple of verses from the book of Mathew. I will be honest I do not remember which verses the brother read from the book of Joshua. All because God put my attention on the verses from Mathew. I of course wrote what God told me and discern to me from these verses. While I do share this information with you I would like to point out that this is NOT part of the brother’s message. The verses are as follows:

Mathew 7:7-8 KJV

7Ask and it shall be given you, seek, and he shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

With God everything is possible!

All that you have to do is BELIEVE in God. While you have faith God is able to work  God doesn’t need to reveal Himself to you beforehand. You just have to believe – have faith that He can do it. We are not people of seeing to believe. For our God is not of flesh. It is impossible to see Him, but through faith you are able to feel Him, touch Him, and know Him.

If you go wondering and looking you will find, but you must be careful. Wonder too far from Jesus and you will find of course, but not God. You might venture into enemy territory. You must seek and find in the Lord. Seek within the realm of God and you will find His blessings for you. The enemy will try to lure you away from the realm of God, but you must remain firm rebuke satan!

The True Light

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the LIGHT OF LIFE.” – John 8:12

The true light is derived from God through Jesus. The man of God can see the glory of God anywhere that he steps on or in. There is nothing that can stop the glory of God in your life. The sun is not the light, Jesus is the power which carries the light that will guide your soul/spirit; nothing on this earth can provide you all that you need for your soul. Money does not satisfy you, relationships does not satisfy you, work does not satisfy you, but if you have Jesus he alone satisfies everything else. Jesus alone will bring you joy, through Jesus you will receive all that you need, work, money, joy, etc. When you surround yourself with God, He worries to make sure that you are taken well care of. Providing all your needs, giving you comfort in His presence, giving you joy when you should be depressed, and giving you relaxation when you should be worried. There is nothing else in this world that can do all these things at once. Alcohol, drugs, and any chemical cannot satisfy any of your needs forever, they will fool you in taking away all emotions that haunt you and after a couple of hours you’re back to reality. Reality with Jesus is soothing. Reality with Jesus is that He WILL ALWAYS be there when your situations are hard, when the enemy wants to destroy your faith.

I Dare You To Try Jesus

He died for you and He died for me. He died for us all, because of His love for you and I. He wants to be able to help save your soul. When you meet Jesus you don’t stop going through circumstances in life. You’ll have someone with you willing to help you. He doesn’t just judge you, but provide you with help to do things right. His judging you is like a father trying to discipline his child to do things correctly.

I couldn’t continue feeding the negativity in my life with more negativity. I felt myself crumbling from within from the weight of my situation. He came and rescued me. He showed me that He had the strength to change circumstances. To allow me to deal with something without worrying. Placing my life in His hands to allow for the best choices to be made. Jesus Christ has saved me from the many situations that someone would want to give up at life. He in return gave me joy, gave me life, gave me a reason to live!

I dare you to try and meet Him. If He doesn’t work for you, you don’t lose anything. You can continue forward, but if He does you gain everything and more!

They do not live the Word, they simply just read the Word.

“They are only a few noble-spirited souls, who dare take heaven by force, that are fit for this calling”

Excerpt From: Gurnall, William. “The Christian in Complete Armour (annotated) professional text version.” Professional Kindle Editions, 2013-04-17T04:00:00+00:00. iBooks.

Christianity is not a fashion, it’s not just a once in a while thing, never has been something for the moment. Christianity is a way of life. It is what makes us. It is what makes us different.

The definition of the work “noble” is as follows:

“having or showing fine personal qualities or high moral principles and ideals.”

As for “spirited” it says:

having a specified character, outlook on life, or mood”

There aren’t that many Christians today that are noble-spirited. Instead there are many Christians today that make their believes secondary to everything else. They do not live the Word, they simply just read the Word. When situations are hard or when it is of benefit they profess to being Christians. There is no high moral principles and ideals, or personal qualities along with a christian character, outlook of life, or even their mood that say they are Christians.

These are the people that simply wants to benefit from being a christian when there is a benefit, but shun it when the world questions their religion.

“Who dare take heaven by force, that are fit for this calling”

Trying to take heaven, to make it your home requires daily, constant work. It is a constant fight to make heaven your home. The enemy is against you and always giving you the fight to have you give up. You must be in a position where this is all you want, being a Christian is not for everyone. It is like applying for the military, you simply can’t just walk in and decide to be a member of the military. You must endure the challenges and tests required to be a part of it. In Christianity it is just the exact same way, however, the challenges and tests never cease until you have perished. This battle is constant and always.

We need to start differentiating ourselves from the lukewarm followers of Christ. We need to not be put in one category with the people who are only Christians when there is a personal benefit. The one’s that create havoc in public and the media for personal fame at the cost of Jesus Christ, but who doesn’t live Christianity as a way of life.

Selfishness

James 3:16 (NIV) – “For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.”

Selfishness is a big evil. Hidden away in the characteristics of a person. God calls us all to be servers of His kingdom to provide all of you to become fishers of man. To gain the soul of other people who know not of who He is.
Do you know how many people roam by us and know not of the Savior Jesus Christ?!?
In our daily travels we encounter many different people. Some who know Jesus, others who have fled from His presence, and others of many different religions who know not of Him.

We have to grow in courage to become active fishers of men. We need to not come to God with the the worries of what He could do for you, but of what you can do to spread Him, to allow yourself to be put to use by Him.

Once you come to God to do what he wants without focus on what you get out of Him in return. You come unselfish. You come giving and living for His cause of the gospel of salvation for others.

God will take care of your needs when you come willing to help take care of the needs of others to learn and hear about the gospel.

“Call unto me…” – God

“‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’” – ‭Jeremiah‬ ‭33:3‬ ‭NIV‬

The Lord tells me to call unto Him and he will tell me everything there is to know. See the Lord treats us like His children’s and His friends. God does not treat you like a mere servant, a slave with a master, but a child with a father.
He wants us to trust that He has all and everything under His control. God is all knowing, all powerful, and almighty. A child is only able to trust his father or mother based on how much they know about them. God has always mad his love and intentions for men known through the generations.
God started with Adam and has worked his way up till this day. And continues to do so going on forward. A father always wants what’s best for his child.
Call unto your Father who is in heaven and he will make know to you everything that you would like to know. Your Father wants intimacy in your relationship with Him to provide and and everything that he wants to share with you. Just remember that no one provides details to strangers.
